Actress Halle Berry released from hospital after on-set injury

Los Angeles, CA, United States (4E) – Actress Halle Berry has just been released from the hospital Wednesday after being rushed to the ER the night before due to an on-set injury.

The multi-award-winning actress’ representative told TMZ, “Halle Berry suffered a minor head injury while shooting a fight sequence on the set of her film, ‘The Hive.’ She was taken to the hospital as a precaution, but she checked out healthy and was released. She’ll continue production as planned.”

The “Monster’s Ball” star was immediately transported via ambulance to the Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles when she started throwing up (a sign of concussion) after her head hit the concrete.

“The Hive” is about a 911 emergency operator who helps track down a young caller’s abductor. Release date for the film is yet to be announced.
