Summer is over, and fall is upon us in the Northern Hemisphere. The autumnal equinox Saturday brought with it the guarantee that the days will get shorter, the air will get colder and the leaves will change color again. Fall is a season of mixed emotions: many of us live for the season of Pumpkin Spice Lattes, some become somewhat melancholic, others feel far more productive in all of our efforts.
Nonetheless, all of us have various pieces of our musical collection that reminds us strongly of autumn. For me, it would most certainly be an eclectic mix of Type O Negative (Bloody Kisses and beyond – earlier stuff not so much), entrancing instrumental/techno compositions, Gothic metal and old school Misfits. Sound strange? Sure it does, but I’m strange. What are your choices? Comment and share them.
